Profile Enhancement with Fillers

In this video Dr. Sami Suhail Sawan shows the latest technique to achieve profile enhancement with fillers at ReNew Cosmetic Clinics located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Our patient works as a part time model and came to consult with Dr. Sami about fillers injected in another clinic that resulted in swelling above the upper lip.

This resulted in fake protrusion of the upper mandible and affected her career as a model. Injecting the lips without first dissolving the previous fillers was not advisable, so the solution was to inject it with Hyaluronidase, a product that dissolves hyaluronic acid fillers .

A small amount of Hyaluronidase was injected and the patient came back in a couple of days to get her filler injections. After applying local anesthetic, we disinfect the area and inject small amounts relevant to the clients need and also taking into consideration her general features.

After injecting the lips, about 1cc of Teosyal RHA 4 was injected into the chin, and a minimal amount of Teosyal Ultradeep was injected into the nose. As always we use fillers that can be dissolved and all fillers are dissolvable.
